All prints are made to order. Once your order has been placed, it will take approximately 3-4 weeks for before it's dispatched. You will receive an email with a tracking number after you order has been shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order but feel free to reach out (hello@janicesung.com) and I'll do my best.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once I have finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, the email will also include your tracking number if available.
Customs and import taxes
Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Items are shipped from Canada.
Returns Policy
I am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time but if there are any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact me.
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as I can not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit due to incorrect addresses.
Refused shipments will not be issued a refund as the package won't be returned to me.
